Paper Submission Guidelines – ICONSCEPT - 2025
Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for publication in the ICONSCEPT - 2025.
Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all submissions must be made through Microsoft CMT only.
• Manuscript Length: Up to 6 full pages, including the title, authors, affiliations, figures, and references (maximum file size: 2MB). Additional 2 pages are allowed with an extra fee.
• File Format: Only PDF submissions are accepted.
• Plagiarism Check: Submissions will be checked for plagiarism, and papers with a similarity score of 15% or higher may be rejected without further review.
All papers should adhere to the following guidelines;
For Microsoft-Word please use the most current version of IEEE conference template, which will help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc.
LaTeX is the preferred method to prepare your manuscript. Please use the standard LaTeX IEEE conference template.
Do not include page numbers or header or footer.
Publication Requirements
For accepted papers to be included in the conference proceedings and considered for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, the following conditions must be met by the specified deadline:
Submission of the final version of the paper.
Transfer of copyright to IEEE.
At least one author must register for the conference with a full registration.
The paper must be presented at the conference.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
