Author guidance, publication instructions, and final paper requirements for IConSCEPT 2026 are consolidated on this page.

Author Guidelines

  • Only original technical papers that are not published or under review elsewhere should be submitted.

  • All manuscripts must be written in English with clear technical presentation and readable figures.

  • Similarity should remain within 15%, and submissions may be screened for overlap before review or publication.

  • At least one author of every accepted paper must complete a full registration for the paper to remain eligible for the conference proceedings.

Submission Guidelines

  • Full-length research papers should normally be prepared within the conference page limit, with up to 2 additional pages only if permitted in the final author instructions.

  • Manuscripts must follow the IEEE double-column format and be submitted as a properly readable PDF.

  • Microsoft CMT submission link coming shortly.

  • Authors should complete the submission metadata carefully and upload the manuscript through Microsoft CMT once the portal is announced.

Publication Requirements

For accepted papers to be included in the conference proceedings and considered for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, the following conditions must be met by the specified deadline:

  • Submission of the final version of the paper.
  • Transfer of copyright to IEEE.
  • At least one author must register for the conference with a full registration.
  • The paper must be presented at the conference.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
